"Dear PETRONAS
Are you fully apprised of the customary & international law predicaments of entering into a commercial trade & investment agreement with "B.C."; when Crown Canada does not possess right in law to these west coast territories that are still under the sovereign absolute monarchical paramount authority of the settled indigenous Peoples of these territories? It would seem rather good diplomacy to first enter into binding trade agreements with these settled Peoples; who currently have filed challenges at the UN regarding Crown Canada legitimacy of nation state status in the absence of treaty ... i.e., UN Charter Chapter VII. PETRONAS may be wise to reconsider LNG investments in these west coast territories at this time.
